How it works, in four steps

1. Talk with your coach. A coaching interview, by voice or text, maps what you actually do into a skills profile. You can import a resume or LinkedIn profile to give it a head start.
2. See where your skills reach. Your profile is matched across 55,000+ roles, including 300+ emerging roles (and counting). Each path comes with its labour market outlook and its exposure to AI.
3. Learn what is missing. A custom 1-of-1 learning journey closes the gaps: lessons, flashcards, mind maps and interactive projects, with difficulty that adapts to you.
4. Apply when you are ready. For your target role, UPSKaiLL curates live job postings, drawn from 160M+ postings across thousands of job boards. Each one links directly to the employer’s application, and roles posted by UPSKaiLL Partners can be applied to right on the platform.

What it is not

• Not a recruiter or staffing agency. You choose what to apply for and you apply yourself: on the employer’s own application page, or inside UPSKaiLL for roles posted by partner employers.
• Not a resume tool. A resume is only imported to build your skills profile and fill in your work history. UPSKaiLL does not review, grade or write resumes.
• Not a course catalogue. Your learning journey is generated for you. It is not picked from a shelf of existing courses.
• Not a guarantee. UPSKaiLL gives you direction, learning and openings. Its guidance is advisory, and the decisions stay with you.

What it costs

Two plans, Pro and Ultra, billed monthly or annually. Founding Member prices start at $23 CAD a month in Canada and $19 USD a month in the United States, locked in for your first 12 months. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. Every price is listed in plain text on the pricing page.

Where it works

UPSKaiLL currently operates in Canada and the United States. People in most other countries can still sign up, with a notice that our full terms and regional compliance features may not yet apply where they are. It is a web app that runs in desktop and mobile browsers, currently in English.

UPSKaiLL is built and operated by UPSKaiLL AI Technologies Inc., a Canadian company. UPSKaiLL is not affiliated with UpskAill (upskaill.com), upskAIll (upskaill.org) or UpSkaill (upskaill.co.uk).
